Project Overview
This interactive learning experience was designed to increase learner engagement and improve retention through meaningful interaction and real-world application. The goal was to move beyond passive content and create an experience where learners actively participate, make decisions, and reinforce their understanding.
The Challenge
Many learning experiences rely heavily on static content, which can lead to disengagement and low retention. Learners may complete the material but struggle to recall or apply what they’ve learned. This project addressed the need for a more engaging approach that keeps learners involved and supports long-term understanding.
My Approach
I designed the experience using a structured, learner-centered approach that incorporates:
- Scenario-based decision making to simulate real-world application
- Knowledge checks to reinforce key concepts
- Practice activities with immediate feedback to support learning and retention
- Clear pacing and chunked content to reduce cognitive overload
