Designing a Behavior-Focused Learning Experience for Lasting Mindset Change

The Problem

Many personal development and workplace training programs address mindset and self-talk at a surface level—providing information without creating meaningful opportunities for practice or reflection.

Learners may understand the concept of negative self-talk, but often lack the tools, structure, and reinforcement needed to actually change their internal dialogue in real-life situations. This gap leads to low retention and minimal behavior change.

The Solution

I designed a structured, interactive mini course that helps learners actively identify, challenge, and reframe their self-talk through guided practice and reflection.

Rather than simply teaching concepts, this course creates a step-by-step experience where learners apply techniques in real time: building awareness, confidence, and new mental habits.
